Have you tried X-Com's Pay Pal yet?  You can safely email money to anyone with an email address for free. You can also receive money from people using their credit cards without having a credit card merchant account! You can even transfer money to/from a real bank account to/from PayPal. They will also start you off with $5 when you sign up and get verified. Highly recommended service.
